Terms of Service for THE BRAVE MOVEMENT Effective Date: June 1, 2024 1. Acceptance of Terms Welcome to The Brave Movement! By accessing our website, mobile application, or any other feature or service provided by The Brave Movement, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. 2. Services Offered The Brave Movement provides a variety of Fitness& and wellness services, including yoga, meditation, breathwork and fat loss programs. Both free and paid memberships are available, each offering different levels of access to our services. 3. Registration and Account Integrity To access certain features of our platform, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself and to update such information if it changes. Each account is personal and must not be shared with others. 4. Subscription and Cancellation If you opt for a paid subscription, you will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. Details about the renewal terms and cancellation policy will be provided at the time of subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but please note that refunds are not provided for any remaining period of your subscription. 5. User Conduct Users are expected to use The Brave Movement responsibly and legally. Any use of the service for illegal or unethical activities is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, spreading malicious software, or conducting fraud. 6. Intellectual Property All content provided on The Brave Movement, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Brave Movement or its content suppliers and protected by both the Philippines and international copyright laws. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties The Brave Movement provides its services "as is" and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content provided. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. 8. Limitation of Liability The Brave Movement will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our service, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. 9.
